Sudlersville Skeet Club

The Sudlersville Skeet Club Board of Directors wanted to update you on changes that will be taking effect immediately based on mandates from the State of Maryland to curb the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Today, Governor Hogan mandated that gatherings of more than 50 people are not permitted. SSC will remain open, however, there can be no more than 50 people at the club at any one time. The Board met tonight and have decided to cancel all club sponsored events until the end of April. The following events have been canceled:

The special .410 shoot at the end of March
The April three-discipline shoot
The trap and skeet league will end a week early

For those few participants that do not have their minimum targets, they should contact Ricky Unruh or Larry Faulkner.

The April Metcalf/George Open NSSA registered shoot will be postponed. The Skeet Chair will continue to monitor the situation and will let you all know the new date.

SSC will also not have a trapper on the 5-Stand on Sundays until the end of April.

The Board will continue to monitor the situation and inform you all if any further changes need to occur. Thank you, everyone, and stay healthy.

About Us

Sudlersville Skeet Club has been a active club since 1931 and the oldest continuous club registered with the NSSA since 1938. We take pride in our participation in the local community by supporting the local and state supported youth day being held at our facility on a annual basis.

We take pride in supporting local 4H, college, and youth shooting programs at our facility for practice and training, encouraging the next generation of sporting enthusiasts.

SSC is open to members on their own schedule for practice of all events. SSC holds a monthly 3 Discipline Shoot where members and guests come and try 3 different shooting sports (Trap, Skeet, and Five Stand) for fun and a new experience. Come out on the 3rd Sunday of every month and give it a try.

If you are looking for a new outdoor activity for the family or yourself that you can enjoy all year give the shooting sports a try. Our members will be happy to show you around and get you started. Why not get the teens off the couch and outside in a fresh air country environment, where they can learn hand eye coordination, concentration and the thrill of breaking a "clay bird" moving through the sky!

Sudlersville Skeet Club offers memberships at a price the both active or occasional clay target shooters will appreciate. We also offer non member rates for guests of members that are comperable to our member rates.

Sudlersville Skeet Club is an active member of the National Skeet Shooting Association and hold several registered tournament's annually at our facility bringing shooters from several states to participate. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have including membership or shooting times.
